EXHIBITING
&
NETWORKING
With the new format, we are planning to do some new and interesting things, such as live performances, lounge area, demos and networking games, during the longer networking breaks and receptions and are looking for exhibitors and sponsors who are interested in working on this with us. To discuss, please contact Jay Baage or Tinzar Sherman.
In addition to our sponsorship packages which start at $3,500, we are also offering the following special non-negotiable packages if booked before September 1:
-Advertise in the Conference Program: 4C Full Page Ad. = $500
-Bare-bones Exhibitor Package (6X3 table + 1 All Access badge) = $2,500
We are excited about the new format and will be announcing first speaker selections soon.
